Do I need special hardware?
No. Entro works in any modern web browser. For barcode scanning, any USB or Bluetooth scanner works. For receipt printing, connect a standard 80mm thermal printer — no special drivers needed.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. Create unlimited warehouse locations, track stock per location, transfer inventory between warehouses, and receive shipments per batch — all from a single dashboard.
How does barcode printing work?
When you finalise a purchase batch, barcodes are auto-generated for every item. Export them as customisable PDF label sheets (for a barcode printer) or a standard A4 sheet.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Supabase / PostgreSQL) with role-based access control, encrypted connections, and automatic backups.
How many users can I add?
Each company gets 5 users included (1 admin + 4 staff) with roles like Cashier, Warehouse, and Accountant. Additional users can be added through the admin panel.
How does pricing work?
Your super admin sets a recurring payment amount. This can be adjusted at any time. Contact us to get started with a custom quote suited to your business size.
Do you support loyalty points and rewards?
