1. Digital Nature of Service
Entro is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the Platform upon activation, all services are considered fully delivered at the start of your subscription billing cycle.
2. Refund Terms
In accordance with standard industry practices for digital software services, we generally do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or right of return on successfully processed subscription fees.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You will be billed on a regular monthly cadence. If you choose to cancel, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prior fees will be partially refunded.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual charges represent a firm commitment for the year. Prorated refunds for early termination are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis at the exclusive discretion of management.
- Hardware Sales: If Entro provided you with physical POS hardware (like thermal printers or barcode scanners), hardware returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, provided the equipment is unbroken, unused, and in its original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
3. Exemptions and Technical Failures
If your account was billed in error due to a technical anomaly within our invoicing platform, or if redundant charges appear on your statement, we will audit and fully refund the erroneous duplicate amount immediately.
4. Requesting Cancellations
To prevent future charges, you may cancel your Entro subscription at any time. Simply use the cancelation feature inside your Super Admin billing dashboard, or write to our support team beforehand. This ensures your card on file is wiped before the impending renewal date hits.
