1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using Entro, you agree to abide by and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to the application, its services, and point of sale functionalities. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

2. Description of Service

Entro provides a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. Services include, but are not limited to, inventory management, user tracking, generating receipts/invoices, POS, expense tracking, and payroll management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice, although we aim to ensure uninterrupted business continuous operations.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account, spanning from Super Admins down to specific application users. You are liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to Entro is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Payment obligations are based on the agreements reached with Entro.

• Fees are non-refundable except where outlined in our Return Policy.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in a timely manner.
• Failure to settle overdue payments within the stipulated grace period may result in a temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of your company account.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the system.
• Use the platform for any illegal trading, smuggling, or fraudulent operations.
• Attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the cloud infrastructure.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to bulk-extract data without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Entro is built to handle mission-critical operations with utmost precision, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Entro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access or inability to access the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers resulting in leaked data.
• Calculation faults, hardware anomalies, or connectivity drops affecting daily cash closures.

You agree to verify mission critical numerical reports provided by Entro against valid real-world physical audits.
